Update 8: Touring Cars

Updated the database with a lot of touring car stuff: Swedish Touring Car Championship is now up to date along with full results for 2008 season. German Super Touring Championship (STW) is updated with full results for the 1994 season caused by first experiments with OCR software.

Furthermore I added some 2009 schedules and other stuff, details here.
